Harrison Assessment (HA) is an online profiling tool that is used to get insights on candidate/employee's work preferences and behavioral profile. Participants will be asked to fill "SmartQuestionnaire" and various assessment report can be generated from the questionnaire result. The result could give analysis of personal traits, interests, as well as work and task environment preferences. It could be used to ettectively predicts job success, engagement, and retention.
